Our President

Mark Pluimer is an experienced radio broadcast veteran with more than 30 years of experience. Mark became the President of Bethesda Christian Broadcasting after merging his contemporary Christian radio station, KSLT-FM of Spearfish, South Dakota, with Bethesda Ministries, which is the parent ministry of One Child Matters. Prior to being named as President, Mark traveled the country speaking on behalf of One Child Matters for 16 years. He spearheaded The 28 Hours of Mercy sponsorship broadcast events to successfully promote child sponsorship. He has also helped raise funds for other special One Child Matters projects.

His knowledge and experience led him to become a member of the Bethesda Ministries Board of Directors in January 2007, and to his appointment as President of One Child Matters in September 2007.

Mark has been married to Dee for 39 years. Together they have three grown children, two married daughters and a son, and five grandchildren.
